Terms of Use
Effective November 2, 2026. These terms are between you and Montgomery Appworks LLC ("we", "us") for the Ounceling app and website at https://ounceling.pages.dev.
1. Not professional advice
General information only, not medical, dental, legal or financial advice. See a qualified professional. Ounceling offers habit tracking, reminders and general educational content. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease or condition, does not tell you which tests, treatments or legal or financial steps are right for you, and does not create a doctor-patient, dentist-patient, attorney-client or advisor relationship. Default checkup intervals are common examples, not recommendations for you. Always follow the advice of your own doctor, dentist, attorney or financial professional.
If this is an emergency, call 911. Do not rely on Ounceling for urgent or emergency needs.
2. Reminders
Reminders depend on your device, settings, battery and calendar apps. They may not fire, and you remain responsible for your own appointments and deadlines.
3. Your data
Your data stays on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing it up. If you delete the app, clear site data or lose your device, we can't recover it.
4. Price
Ounceling is currently free. If we ever offer paid features, we'll show the price and terms clearly before you buy, and the free features you already use will stay free.
5. Acceptable use
Use Ounceling lawfully and for personal use. Don't try to disrupt the website or copy and resell the app or its content.
6. Outside links
Guides link to public websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer and limits
Ounceling is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Montgomery Appworks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the app's content or reminders. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and post the new terms here. Continuing to use Ounceling means you accept the updated terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
